Ontario to Vote August 1st on Regulate Concession Stands

Ontario City Council is set to vote on Wednesday, August 1st on an ordinance to regulate concession stands. RichlandSource.com reports, the legislation would only allow a concession stand to be in one location for 30 days before having to move to a new location.  This idea was brought to the attention of city council because there is no legislation on concession stands in Ontario. This could force “The King of Bar –B -Que Ribs out of business, who has been operating in Ontario since the early 90’s. The man has had his stand set up in the Lowe’s parking lot for the last 5 years.
