The city of Mansfield is set to spend nearly a half million dollars on new equipment for its water and sewer department. Councilman Cliff Mears says all of this has been in the budget and approved by the board of control. One of pieces of equipment is over $250,000 and it will be used to inspect sewer lines with a camera. The other purchases were for several dump trucks that are replacing 20 year equipment. The total cost for all is around $457,000.
