The Mansfield Salvation Army holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony today (Monday June 25th) to celebrate major renovations just completed to its Kitchen, Community Room and Chapel. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held in the Salvation Army Community Room, followed by hot meals being served to individuals in need in the community. Annually over 9,000 Richland County individuals receive hot meals from the Salvation Army.
