A Fredericktown man has been charged in an accident that claimed the life of a 13 year old from Danville. RichlandSource.com reports, the crash occurred in Knox County, when 59 year old Earnest Bennett failed to stop and hit the Amish buggy, which the 13 year old boy was riding inside. The boy’s father and younger brother were both life-flighted to Columbus, after being ejected from the buggy. The Highway Patrol suspect’s drugs or alcohol could be a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
