Next Friday, The Richland County Land Bank will auction off several historic residential properties to the highest bidder. RichlandSource.com reports, 5 properties in Mansfield will be auctioned off. The homes are located at 437 Park Ave West, 152 West 4th, 94 West Fifth, 153 South Diamond and 194 Washington Ave. Some of the properties will see the bidding begin at $1. The auction will take place at the Richland County Land Bank Office on Park Ave East, June 22nd at 1 pm.
