Kingwood Center held a ground breaking ceremony Monday afternoon for a part of its Garden Gateway Project. Construction will begin Tuesday for the remodeling of the Horticulture Services Building, which will renovate and add a new 4,000 sq. ft. wing to include offices and workstations, pesticide storage, vehicle maintenance and storage bays, and a loading dock. The target date for completion is the middle of October.
