A man wanted in Richland County was arrested in Bucyrus Tuesday. 61 year old Jon Secrest was taken into custody by Bucyrus Police shortly before 6 pm on an OVI Charge. Secrest was wanted on a warrant by Mansfield Police and was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.
