The final Softball Coaches Poll of the year has been released and congrats to the Hillsdale Lady Falcons, who finished Poll Champions in Division IV. Hillsdale is now 24-2 and will play in the Regional Final on Saturday in Akron. In Division II, Madison came in ranked 5th in the final poll.
