Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board is postponing the Ground Breaking for the new Withdrawal Management and Residential Treatment Buildings that was scheduled for Monday (May 21 at 11:00am at 711 Scholl Road). The project did not receive any bids for construction by the deadline. Joe Trollian, Mental Health Executive Director told WMAN, The architect will be asked to re work the original plans.
