Mansfield City Council says they will sell 192 acres of city own property north of Lahm Airport. The land is located near St. Route 13 and Timmerman road. Right now only 81 acres are being farmed and bringing in between $15,000 - $18,000 per year.
RichlandSource.com reports the hope is to sell the land for between, $500,000 - $750,000. Councilman Cliff Mears says this would generate some revenue to do some much needed improvements at Lahm Airport.
