A Fredericktown man has been arrested for a 6th time on an OVI charge. The highway patrol says that Roger Raubenolt was taken into custody on Sunday, after he went off the road and hit a guardrail on Ohio 229 in Delaware County. RichlandSource.com reports, no other vehicles were involved in the crash, which remains under investigation. Raubenolt, who has been convicted 5 other times for operating a vehicle under the influence, is due in court Friday in Delaware County.
