Mansfield Police are investigating a drive by shooting that took place on Sunday, April 8th, 2018 at 8:42 pm. The victim of the shooting, Terrence Travon Harris, was pronounced dead at Ohio Health Hospital, Mansfield. RichlandSource.com reports, the fatal shooting took place on 4th Street near the former Aldi’s building.
