Madison Township Trustees Say No To Medical Marijuana Facility

Sale, cultivation or processing of Medical Marijuana will not take place in Madison Township, after a decision by Township Trustees.  Trustee Dan Fletcher said he does not want a dispensary here because that could lead to problems, but would be ok with a cultivation facility that could bring revenue to the Township.

Fletcher told RichlandSource.com that he stands by his statement that it’s tax dollars we are passing up.  The vote was 2-1 in favor of banning the cultivation, processing or sale of Medical Marijuana in Madison Township.
