Mansfield City Council Approves Speed Limit Increase

Mansfield city council has approved a speed limit increase on Timmerman road to 40 MPH.  Cliff Mears told WMAN News because part of the road is in the city of Mansfield and the other part is located in Franklin Township, it actually had two different speed limits, 25 MPH in Mansfield and 55 MPH in Franklin Township. The two have come together and agreed to make the speed limit on the entire road now 40 MPH. Now all is needed is finally approval from ODOT.
