8 Year Old Shoots Sister, Mother Pleads Not Guilty to Child Endangering

The Ashland County woman who left her kids alone while she went to work, which then saw her 8 year old son shoot his 4 year old sister, has plead not guilty to two charges of child endangering. 27 year old Alyssa Edwards of Hayesville came home after her son shot his 4 year old sister to check her wound and then went back to work for a couple more hours. She did eventually take her to the hospital and the girl is expected to make a full recovery.Alyssa Edwards is due back in court on March 13th.
