Ontario City Council To Vote On Proposed Budget March 7th

Ontario City Council will vote on its final proposed budget on March 7th and decide whether or not to give $5,000 to Richland County Transit. Richland County Commissioner Tony Vero asked Ontario to contribute money to Richland County Transit last fall and stated the other cities including Mansfield and Shelby contribute yearly to RCT.

Ontario City Council does not have any money to RCT in its proposed 2018 budget.  Mansfield through a grant gives RCT $57,000 a year and Shelby over $6,100.
