4 Non- Profits Lease Space Inside Mansfield Ocie Hill Building

Mansfield City Council says they have entered into a contract with 4 non- profits to lease space inside the Ocie Hill building on Bowman Street.  The NAACP, Oasis of Love Church, Blake Hawkins Adult Care Services and NECIC, are the four that will occupy space in the building.

 The cost is only $700 per year for a room and gives a lot of activities from school systems and people in the community.  The cost is $60,000 per year for heat and lighting in the building. Councilman Cliff Mears says they are looking into more leases in the Ocie Hill building.
