Lawson Appointed to Fill Vacant Seat on Ashland City Council

Dan Lawson has been appointed to fill the vacant seat on Ashland City Council.  Lawson works for Ashland University as its Associate Vice President of Corporate Relations. Ashland City Council voted unanimously to take the seat, which opened up after councilmen Matt Miller was elected Mayor back in November. 10 people showed interest in the vacant seat, which will run through 2019.
