An Ashland University graduate is opening up a new business in Ashland. Julianna Hritz got her degree from AU in 2016 and is opening up Vines Bakery at 531 College Avenue.
RichlandSource.com reports Hritz is from the Pittsburgh area and has had a lifelong dream of being a pastry chef. Vines Bakery plans on keeping it local, by using dairy from Buckeye Creamery and Goldberry Coffee, both of which are Ashland companies.
