The city of Ontario is making the change from quarterly to monthly water bills. It was discussed earlier this month at a meeting and this week then announced the city would be going forward with the change. Ontario Service Safety Director Jeff Wilson told RichlandSource.com that getting a bill quarterly can be a “sticker shocker” compared to getting a monthly bill. Wilson said this is about making it more affordable to people, which will be around $75 per month. The change will begin in April, which then will show up on the May bill.
