Ashland Woman Dies After Losing Control On Icy Roadway

A 23 year old Ashland woman has died, after she lost control of her vehicle on an icy roadway. Nicole Myers was headed westbound on County Road 1302, when she lost control of her jeep on a curve near township road 523 on Wednesday morning around 8:30 am. The Highway Patrol told RichlandSource.com the roadway slippery at the time and Myers went off the right side of the road and hit a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
