Judy Forney is the new School Board president of the Mansfield City Schools. Forney was elected at this week’s meeting and sworn in along with board members Gary Feagin and Chris Elswick. Forney is a 1967 graduate of Malabar and is currently the treasurer for the Mount Vernon Schools. Forney in total has been a treasurer for 18 years. Last year’s president Renda Cline will serve as vice president for 2018.
