Public Warming Shelter St. Luke’s Church Mansfield

Richland County Emergency Management Agency director Mike Bailey says that due to the extreme cold weather, a Public Warming Shelter has been opened at St. Luke’s Church on Marion Avenue in Mansfield.  Bailey says the church, which is located at the 5 way light, will be open, Jan 2nd – 7th each day from 6 pm – 9 am the next morning.  The Red Cross has donated cots and many others food to help those in need during this cold snap.
