Ontario has a new city council president in James Hellinger, who will take over for Larry Collins. Collins, who was also the city’s mayor, was Ontario’s council president for the last 2 years. James Hellinger wife, Mary Ann, is Ontario’s auditor and begins her 2nd term this year.
