Ontario Police Arrest Shelby Band Director on Rape Charge

Ontario Police have arrested Shelby band director Benjamin Hyun on a rape charge.  RichlandSource.com reports that the incident took place during the early morning hours of November 21st.  Shelby Schools has suspended Hyun pending the investigation by Ontario Police on the first degree felony charge.  The alleged charge against Hyun does not involve any student or citizen from Shelby.  The case against the 27 year old Hyun has been handed over to the Richland County Prosecutor’s Office.
