Cultivation or Sale of Medical Marijuana Prohibited in Mansfield

Mansfield City Council voted to ban the cultivation; processing or sale of Medical Marijuana within the city limits.  Councilman Cliff Mears says the reason this was voted on Tuesday was due to a company that had already been approved for a vendor’s license and had signed a lease to building here in Mansfield for Medical Marijuana.
