Coast Guard Unit Takes Off From Mansfield to Guantanamo Bay

115 members of a Port Clinton based Coast guard unit took off from Mansfield Lahm Airport on Wednesday headed toward Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  RichlandSource.com reports Port Security Unit 309 will provide around the clock water and shore side anti - terrorism protection. The unit will be deployed for 9 months in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel.
