Shelby High School will see 9 members go into its Hall of Distinction this weekend. The Shelby High School Alumni Association will hold the ceremony on Saturday, Sept 30th at 1 pm at The Shelby High School.
Those going include Wayne Potts, Maria Ingram Barton and Nelson Hardesty from the Class of 1982. Steve Eyler (1970), Mike Potter (1969), Joycelyn Ann Strauch Benedict (1967), Dick Fisher (1964), Christine Straw (1963) and Francis Lux (1962). The Shelby Hall of Distinction was formed back in 2004 and now has 72 members.
