Charges For Shelby Student After Social Media Post

A student at Shelby High School is looking at possible charges following a threatening post on social media.  Shelby Police say, the student made the online post Wednesday evening, after saying he heard of other rumors about a threat at the school. The student will have a hearing in Juvenile Court and the Richland County Prosecutor’s Office has been made aware of the situation.
