A high speed chase ended in a crash Tuesday morning in Shelby. RichlandSource.com reports a man stole a car on Park drive in Shelby around 6:30 am and then took Police on a high speed chase that ended with him crashing the stolen car into a line of trees near Stein road. Authorities arrested Henry Conley for operating a vehicle under the influence. The stolen car burst into flames after the accident, which saw Conley reach speeds of more than 80 MPH during the chase.
