Mansfield Law Director Urges City for Animal Control Officer

Mansfield Law Director John Spon is pushing for the city to create an animal control officer.  RichlandSource.com reports Spon said that he knows the city doesn’t have the money for the position, after the recent 5 year forecast showed the city will be in the red as early as 2019. Spon said the need is there and maybe there could be some funding from a grant or donation.
