Two Claims Filed against City of Mansfield Approved for Nearly $4,000
Two claims filed against the city of Mansfield have been approved for nearly $4,000.
City Councilman Cliff Mears said that both were errors in judgement by city employees. One was a resident of Buckingham road, who got spray paint on his motorcycles by a city intern spraying painting fire hydrants on a windy day. It will cost the City $3,300.The other case was a door was kicked in by Mansfield Police on Fern Ave, after pursuing a felon. The officer broke down the door at the wrong address. The door replacement will cost the city $600.
