Melissa Betts took a spin in an Indy Car Wednesday night, July 26, 2017. The 2 seat version offered the opportunity to fans who may never get a high speed thrill such as this. The Honda Indy Car took fans around the streets of downtown Mansfield; circling Diamond, 5th Street, North Main and 4th Street. Betts said the car went faster than she expected, "It went fast and hard. I love to go fast, yes...it was awesome though!" Passengers up to the challenge were asked to sign a waiver and wear a helmet. The Honda Indy 200 at Mid Ohio Sports Car Course is set for Sunday at 3pm.
