The founder of a local organization that ran programs to feed veterans and homeless people in Richland County is facing three years in prison. 42 year old, Joyell Riley, was sentenced Wednesday in Richland County Common Pleas Court. Riley had entered guilty pleas to felony counts of theft, forgery and charges of tampering with records. Prosecutors said the woman who founded Mission Possible used fake military discharge forms to get people she to think she was a military veteran. Judge Brent Robinson also ordered Riley to serve four years of community control following her prison term three years of probation and pay fines and restitution.
