A collaborative of non-profits, Richland County Sherriff’s Department and local churches are hosting a Back To School Supply Giveaway “Block Party” on Saturday, July 29th from noon – 4pm at Bowman and Springmill Streets where book bags filled with school supplies will be distributed!!
