Scoonie Penn Named Ohio State Basketball Director of Player Personnel

Former Ohio State Basketball player Scoonie Penn has been named the Buckeyes Director of Player Personnel.  Penn was the 1999 Big Ten Player of the year and was a 2nd round draft pick of Atlanta in the 2000 NBA Draft.  Scoonie Penn went into the OSU Hall of Fame in 2013.
