Newly crowned Miss Ohio, Sarah Clapper, of Louisville, stopped by Graham Chevrolet on Thursday to pick up the keys to a new Chevy Cruze. Doc Stumbo passed on the keys and car, which Clapper will use for 1 year, as she serves the buckeye state. Clapper told WMAN that the vehicle will be used often as her schedule includes events, almost daily. Miss Ohio wore her crown and a summer dress with shades of blue that coordinated nicely with her new royal blue "wheels".
