Miss Ohio Pageant week in Mansfield begins Wednesday, June 14th, at 7pm with the Miss Ohio Outstanding Teen competition at the Renaissance Theater. Reigning Miss Ohio, Alice Magato, told WMAN News, she loves it, and she benefited from her own outstanding teen experience, through community involvement and interview opportunities. Fifteen young ladies, aged 13 to 17, will compete for the crown, a $ 2,000 scholarship, and a trip to Orlando for the America’s Outstanding Teen Title. Madison Heichel, a 16 year old junior-to-be, at Lexington High School was the winner last June at the Renaissance Theater. Heichel attended dozens of festivals and special events with Magato, along with competing for the national crown in Orlando, Florida August.
