Perrysville woman charged in shooting of Son-in-law

53 year old Elizabeth Sivey of Perrysville has been charged in the shooting of her son-in-law last Friday.  RichlandSource.com reports that Sivey shot 36 year old Jeremy Johnson in the face through the door, as he tried to enter the home around 7:30 a.m.

Elizabeth Sivey is facing up to 8 years in prison and has been charged with felonious assault, which is a 2nd degree felony. Johnson was taken by helicopter to Columbus after being shot.
