Mansfield City Council Drafts Legislation to Close Off Blymyer Ave at First St.

Mansfield City Council has given the green light to Mansfield Memorial Homes to close off Blymyer Ave at First St. The reason is for safety due to crime, drugs and a lot of speeders in the area. This would take Blymyer from a through Street to culdesac, but would still keep Blymyer Ave open at Marion Ave.

All of the cost will be picked up by Mansfield Memorial Homes and Council has started to draft legislation to get done. Mansfield Memorial Homes has been around since 1953 and is a nursing home and assisted living facility.
