Mansfield City Council honors Retired Police Officer, K9 and Fire Fighter

Mansfield City Council has honored Police officer Steven Hornbeck and K9 Xaro for their retirement from the Mansfield Police Department.  Hornbeck spent nearly 20 years on the force and close to half was in the K9 Unit.   Council also honored Mansfield fire fighter Wesley Welch, who recently retired.

Mansfield City Council also accepted $100,000 in funding to the  METRICH operations from the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice.

 Mansfield City Council is set to vote on the Chicken Ordinance next Tuesday, March 21st.
