The Richland County Transit Board has just received 5 new buses, which were 100% funded by the Federal Transit Administration. Also, RCT has installed security cameras on all its buses and will soon by adding cameras at the Stanton Transit Center and bus garage.
RCT Fiscal Officer Kathy Adams says they have taken these steps to improve system reliability and rider safety.
