22 year old Mansfield Woman Shot and Killed at Brookwoodway Apartments

A 22 year old woman died after being shot on Wednesday night at the Brookwoodway Apartments in Mansfield. RichlandSource.com reports that authorities were called to the Apartment complex, after calls of a man chasing a woman with a gun around 7:30 p.m.

The murder suspect 20 year old Dakota Steagull committed suicide, after a standoff with Police in Wayne County just after 1 a.m.The mother's 7 week old baby was abducted, but  Mansfield Police say that it has been located and is safe with family members. The investigation continues into exactly what happened at the Apartment.
