The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help in finding 31 year old Jacob Bayes, who is wanted on a Parole Violation.Bayes was originally charged with Assault, which is a 3rd degree felony. He has a criminal history that includes violent and drug offenses. Bayes is a white male, 5’8, 180 lbs, Blonde Hair and Blue eyes.
The Adult Parole Authority issued a warrant in January and attempts to find him have been unsuccessful. Bayes was on supervision with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority but has violated the terms of his supervision and has a history of not following the rules of his supervision.
