Accused Serial Killer Shawn Grate’s Hearing delayed until March 6th

Accused serial killer Shawn Grate had his hearing in Ashland Common Pleas Court delayed until March the 6th.  RichlandSource.com reports that the reason for the delay is that the Mansfield Forensic Center needs more time to finish their report. Grate had pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity and the meeting was to share the results of the report.

The 40 year old Grate was indicted on 23 felony counts and could face the death penalty. He currently is in the Ashland County Jail and will appear in court March 6th via Skype.
