Traffic was backed up in Mansfield on Wednesday afternoon, as a Semi rolled over on the 30 West Bound ramp to I-71 South. The incident took place around 2 pm and caused ramp to be shut down for several hours. According to the Highway Patrol there was fuel leaking out from the vehicle and so the ramp had to be closed down, while crews cleaned up the scene. There were just minor injuries in the crash.
