The Crestline Fire Department responded to a blaze early Tuesday morning on the 4000 block of the Lincoln Highway. The call came in shortly before 5 am and saw the home suffer heavy damaged due to the fire. The Crestline Fire Department said that people were transported from the scene. The Crestline Fire Department was assisted by the Shelby, Galion and Springfield Township Fire Departments. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation by the State Fire Marshall.
