Due to the dangerously cold temperatures, which will remain in place through early Thursday morning, the overnight warming Shelter will be open at the Salvation Army in Mansfield at 47 South Main Street.
Rebecca Owens, Richland County EMA Director, said, the warming Shelter will be open from 7 pm – 7 am, Tuesday, January 14th and Wednesday, January 15th.
