The Mansfield Fire Department held a ceremony last week to promote one of its officers.
Firefighter Ryan Osborne, who has been with the department for 11 years, was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
Safety Service Director, Keith Porch, performed the promotional ceremony inside of Mansfield's Central Fire Station on East Third Street.
The Mansfield Fire Department currently has 91 firefighters on staff.
