A Madison Township Trustee announced his resignation this week.
RichlandSource.com reports, Jim Houser, who was elected back in 2017, intends to step away by the end of the year, due to health reasons.
Houser, a Galion High school graduate, and veteran of the Air Force. He has served Madison Township as a zoning inspector, firefighter and sheriff’s deputy.
